Here is another layout Ive just finished.

I've again kept it pretty simple. I've used a Spellbinder Edgeabilities Die for the top page to make the bottom border. The cute little tea cup brads I've had for quite awhile.

On the second page I've used one of the newest Spellbinder Dies Tea Service.

Here is another quick page I did yesterday.

All the cardstock is Bazzill. The printed paper is Allison Ellis Designs. The stars are cut using my Spellbinder Star Nestabilities Die.

I've printed the title directly onto my cardstock.

Hello again. Here is my first Disney page for 2012.

I've set a goal for myself to do at least one page per week. I'd like to do a lot more, but one has to be realistic with these things.

I have a couple of specific things I'd like to do, and getting a good number of my Disney pages done is one of them.

I'm finding it difficult to get inspired by the photos I took in 2005. At the beginning of the trip I purchased a special 50th anniversary album and planned to get lots of good photos. Well that didn't happen, and it wasn't until I started organising them to do the album that I realised just how few photos we took. I've now sorted through and printed out the best, so here is my first page in the album.

I've kept it pretty simple. I used my Spellbinders for the Mickey head and date tag.

I found our park tickets so have added them to the page as well.

Once again I have been extremely slack with my Disney layouts. I always have the intention of getting my trip pages finished, but I never seem to get there. With another trip on the horizon I really need to get going.

This layout was created using my newest release digi image -Sugar Skull. This image was designed by my daughter as I really wanted a sugar skull image to use on these particular photos.

The image on the layout has been digitally coloured and then printed out onto Xpress It blender card. I chose this paper to print on as it is a high white colour and the image printed lovely on it.

Below is a flower I made using a section of the skull. I cropped the original image before printing so as not to waste ink. I printed this out five times, cut the images out and used them to form a flower.

Here is a layout I just finished.

Once again another quick and easy layout. The background papers are Bazzill. The printed paper is a really old piece from Bo Bunny. The Mickey head was cut on my Cricut using the Mickey & Friends Font cartridge. I've added a few skeleton leaves and a gecko charm I found in my stash. The family photo is one taken by a Photo Pass photographer. The Tree of life photo is from the photo and clip art section over at Mousescrappers. The photo is copyright Mark Barbieri
I've started doing a digital sketch of my layout idea, so I will include some of those here as well.

I've also made a PNG file for the wording layout. If you have an A3 printer you should just be able to insert it in a 12 x 12 word doc. If you would like the wording layout feel free to download it by clicking here.

My first scrapbook page for 2011. Hopefully this will be the first of many more. Every year I say I'm going to catch up on all my Disney pages before the next trip. Well, with no trip planned for any time soon, I may just be able to accomplish that goal.
This is a photo from our last trip in December. It was so cold. I think I had about three layers of clothing on that day.

A pretty simple layout. I've used a couple of the newly released Spellbinder dies for the top and bottom border as well as the embellishment on the corner of the photo. I've used a Jewel Template from Bazzill as a guide for the diamantes. I didn't have diamantes in brown, so I've coloured them with my Copics.

This is the last of the layouts I finished on the weekend.

I didn't have any embellishments that really suited the theme so I created both the iron fence and the chandelier to cut using my Cricut machine and the software Sure Cuts Alot 2. The holly was cut using the Cricut cartridge Holiday Cheer. I printed the words directly onto the Bazzill cardstock.

Mickeys Trick Or Treat Party 2009

I had a very productive weekend, managing to complete a total of nine pages, six of which were Disney pages.
Last year, my daughter and I attended Mickey's Trick or Treat Party at Disneyland for the second year in a row. Here are two double layouts.

Most of the embellishments are bits and pieces that I've collected on our last two trips. The cardstock is Bazzill. I bought the Designer Paper in Canada but I'm not sure who made it.

This last photo shows the page with the souvenir map slid out of it's pocket. I backed the map onto some printed cardstock and attached it to the page with a brad in one corner.

Here is another quick layout. The circle is actually embossed using Spellbinder Impressabilities.
The font was cut on Cricut. The border is a Just The Edge from Bazzill.

Here is another page from our 2008 holiday. I'm not sure if I actually like this one so will most likely do another with the photo later. All the cardstock is Bazzill.

The wording is a rub on made using a font downloaded from the internet.

Ok so it has been quite some time since I posted anything here. I haven't been doing alot of scrapbooking of late, mainly just those pages to meet design team requirements etc. When I started this blog I was going to work my way through our Disney photos starting with our first family trip in 1998. Well that really hasn't been working out too well so I've decided to just do the pages as I feel inspired. I think that this will be a much more productive way of getting those photos scrapped.

Anyway this weekend I managed to get a few pages done. I haven't done all the photos yet but hopefully will get to that tomorrow.

This double layout I did some time ago but never got it posted. All the paper is Bazzill and the flowers are made using my Spellbinder Die-Blossom. I've printed some info directly onto the background paper. The swirls were made using a Bazzill template with Liquid Pearls instead of diamantes. I've used some large Bazzill Brads in the centres of the flowers

I finished this little booklet this morning. It was created for a tutorial over on Downunder Direct. This album consists of 8 pages all with photos from our 2007 Disney World vacation. I used Bazzill cardstock and cut the pages using a Spellbinders Die. The title on the front cover was created using JustRite Stamps. The button on the front cover is one I picked up somewhere in America on one of our recent trips. Step by step instructions for this project can be found over at Downunder Direct.

Chip & Dale

I finished this double layout this morning. To make the tree I used a combination of two Cricut cartridges. First I cut a tree using my new Seranade cartridge. I then used my Mickey & Friends cartridge to cut out the oak leaves. I replaced the original leaves on the tree with the oak leaves. The words are cut from the cartridge Mickey Font. All cardstock used is Bazzill.

Well after a very long absence I am finally back. The last half of 2009 was very busy. Although I have been doing lots of paper crafting, not much has been Disney related. Alot has happened since my last post. We moved house at the end of June, and although only a relatively short move, it is always a huge job. Not long after that my DD and I made a trip to Canada where we spent 3 1/2 weeks with family. Of course we got our usual Disney fix, stopping at Disneyland for five nights on the way home. I now have five trips to scrapbook, and I am determined to get the bulk done by the end of the year. We have another trip planned at the end of this year, so if I do get caught up, there will be pleanty more Disney paper crafting to do next year.
For my first post of 2010 I thought I would share an ATC I made as part of a swap back in December. The ATC was inspired by a pin I purchased for my DD a couple of trips ago.

For this double layout I've used my Pooh and Friends Cricut cartridge to make the embellishments on the left page. The verse is from The Stamp Barn and has been stamped and embossed. On the left page I have used some images cut from paper from Sandy Lion.

For this double Layout I have used some dimensional stickers and embellishments from my Hot Off the Press Disney booklet. Minnie's House has been computer generated using the Minnie Font, and cut out using my Spellbinder dies. "gawrsh!" is from the Mickey Font Cricut cartridge.

This double layout is the beginning of the 2003 section of the album. I've kept the embellishments to a minimum, using a dimensional Minnie sticker and a couple of buttons from EK Success. The printed paper on the Mickey page is from Sandy Lion. The Mickey head date has been cut from my Mickey Font Cricut cartridge.

This is the final page of the 1998 section of the album. This was a very quick and easy page to create. The paper is from Sandy Lion. After attaching the photo to the page I applied Glossy Accents to the three Pooh Bears. I added three velvet flowers (Prima) to the corner and honey coloured brads were attached to the centres.

Santa Goofy

For this double page I have used Arctic Bazzill Basics paper for the background. Ive made a sleeve to keep the park program from the same. I've used my Mickey and Friends Cricut cartridge to cut "Santa Goofy." Some Christmas ribbon I got at Michael's and a couple of Prima poinsettias complete the page on the left. On the second page I've torn a piece of Ladybug Bazzill and stamped and embossed this with a lollipop stamp from Sunshine Designs. I've used Versamark and clear embossing powder. The lollipop was made from three circles and I've cut pieces out of each layer. The wording is computer generated.

Mickey & Minnie

I had alot of fun creating these pages. Once again I have used Tomato Bazzill for the background cardstock. I cut the Mickey head and letters using the Mickey Font Cricut cartridge. I've used punchouts from the Hot Off The Press booklet to embellish the page.

For the Minnie page I've used my Mickey and Friends Cricut cartridge to cut out the word Minnie. The Printed paper, oval cutout and small heart is from Christina Re. To get the words "Love That Mouse" I first printed onto regular paper and then positioned the oval over top of the writing using repositional glue. I ran the page through the printer again. The Minnie at the bottom of the page is a dimensional sticker. I've finished the page with some spotted ribbon, paper flowers with heart eyelents for centres and three white heart eyelets.

Toontown

For this double layout I've used Tomato Bazzill for the background cardstock. The Mickey paper is from Sandylion. I've used another punch out "Remember the Magic" from my Hot Off The Press booklet. Toontown has been cut using my Mickey Font Cricut cartridge.
On the multi photo page I've used printed paper from kaisercraft. I've added a sticker from our visit as well as three spiral clips.
The photo looks a little distorted. The photo on the top right really is straight on the page.

Donald & Pluto

On this double layout I've used the Mickey & Friends Cricut cartridge to do the border embellishments and titles. I've also used Disney's Magic Kingdom Punch-Outs from Hot Off The Press. I found two of our old entry ticket stubs, so sprayed them with Make It Acid Free from Krylon and included these on the Donald page.

Pooh & Friends

On this next double layout I used my Pooh and Friends Cricut cartridge to create the titles and character embellishments. The fonts on the Pooh page were downloaded from the internet. The printed paper is from Sandy Lion. I've used my Spellbinders to cut the large daisy.

The Magic Begins...

This past weekend I was very busy. I managed to organize a large number of my Disney photos, preparing them to be scrapbooked and complete five pages. As I haven't scrapbooked any of my Disney photos, I decided to start with the first trip we took as a family back in 1998, as these were pre-digital camera, and work forward from there. I scanned all the photos and printed out the ones I wanted for the 1998 section of the album. I have around 12 pages to complete, so I think I made a pretty good start.
I have a very limited supply of Disney themed papers so for the first five layouts I have made use of my Cricut to make most of my embellishments.
This is the title page to Album 1, which will hold our 1998 and 2003 photos.
I've cut four images, using the Tink and Friends cartridge from JAC paper and applied amethyst glitter. The font is Storybook that I downloaded from a website. I've used my Spellbinder Classic Oval Nestabilities to cut the date.

I started posting my Disney vacation pages on my other blog My Creative Place but decided that after four trips to Disneyland California and one to Disney World, I probably have enough photos that I want to scrapbook, to warrant a seperate blog dedicated to my Disney themed scrapbook pages.
